Hi Neighbors,
As discussed during our last meeting we took some action to update the entrance.
*A request was sent to DOT to add a “No Outlet” sign, in order to avoid unnecessary transit / people looking for other streets. After a month DOT was able to work on our request (see attached pic)
*Flower bed was due for a change and we hired, Grand Manor’s long time gardener, Roberto, for the job. He worked the ground as well to remove underground roots, which made the flowers perish rapidly. He planted seasonal flowers and will be watering them occasionally.
–If you happen to know lots about all-season flowers and will like to help hand select flowers or have some proposals, please let me know. Else, will continue with the same practices.
