Starting in 2025. This will make the Net change be positive (in 2023 was negative) and have funds for additional projects (like Fence refurbishment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fence:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 Options presented to the Neighbors (Refurbish\/Replace\/Do nothing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neighborhood voted in favor to refurbish the fence (Option 1). This project has an estimated cost of ~$3,500.
